What is your return policy?

Return of regular goods must be returned within 7 days of delivery.  They must be returned in original, unused condition.

If you need to make an exception to this please contact us or your Area Manager to make alternative arrangements.  These will be considered on a case by case basis.

If you have goods that need to be returned due to malfunction, repair or damage please contact us to discuss.

Our terms and conditions:  If you wish to return an item, other than an item of furniture or plant, because it is no longer required by you then this must be done within one week of delivery at your expense. In the event of there being no fault with the returned items, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee not exceeding 10% or $15 (whichever is greater) of the price of the items. Items will be accepted for restocking if they are complete, unused and in perfect condition that is suitable for resale with their original packaging. Delivery costs for any alternative goods will be charged to you.

Do the products have a warranty?

Not all manufacturers offer warranties as standard.  We do not offer any warranties additional to those offered by the manufacturer unless otherwise previously agreed when your order is accepted.

We expect that the items we supply will be suitable for the purpose intended by the manufacturer.  If this is not the case then you may return items for either refund or exchange as allowed by NZ law. 

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have made adequate provision for the maintenance of any items purchased.

What are my payment options?

This will depend on what type of account you hold with us.

You can pay by direct credit, credit card, cash, cheque or eftpos.

What do I do if my goods don't arrive?

Please call us immediately - we can track & trace your items to find out what has happened.

Can I track my goods?

No.  But do call us on 0800 10 44 10 or email customerservice@haircare.co.nz and we can do it for you.
