FAQ Furniture

How long will it take for my furniture to arrive?

This depends where in NZ you are.  We usually ship overnight and generally you'd have the goods 2-3 days after placing your order.

What will the price of shipping be?

Again, this depends on your location.  We will get a quote specifically for you.

What if I order furniture that you don't have in stock, or I want a special order?

This depends on where in the world your product is being manufactured.  Timeframes can be 1 - 5 months depending on the product and the country.

What colours are available?

There is a huge variety of different colours available for a lot of styles.  If you have something in mind, contact us and we will do our best to source.

I have an idea of what I want but I dont see it on your website?

There are so many styles available that we don't have room to carry them all!  Whatever you are looking for let us know and we may be able to source it for you or suggest an alternative.

Can I order parts?

We will do our best to source the parts that you require - send us an email with your requirements.

How much will it cost for a full fit out of my salon?

The big question!

How many basins/styling stations/chairs do you require?  We have a great checklist in our furniture guide - cutting chairs, footrest, trolleys, waiting lounges, stools, towel warmers, tint racks are all products you might need to budget for.  Jo Su'a can talk you through your options.

Questions you need to ask yourself are:  Do I need a plumber and an electrician?  Will changes require a building consent?  Do I need to redo the flooring? How do I want the flow of the salon to work?  Where will my clients wait?  Check out our design tips for advice!

We can give you a complete furniture quote for your requirements - quotes are valid for 30 days and give you time to review your options and obtain pricing from your subcontractors.

Finance is also available, terms and conditions apply.

Do I have to pay the full amount up front?

To secure your order a 30% deposit is required.  Finance is available for the balance, terms and conditions apply.

What's the difference between a hydraulic and gas lift chair?

Hydraulic pumps generally have a better lifespan than gas lift pumps.  They are typically more expensive but also better quality.

With hydraulic pumps you can adjust the height of the chair while your client is sitting in it.

All of our new pumps come with a two year warranty.
